The recent Covid-19 pandemic has created shockwaves across the globe and caused mental stress depression leading to significant impact on an employees personal professional life. Stress profound job performance, morale, job-satisfaction, behaviour, commitment long-term productivity. Its malicious employee wellbeing, conduct absenteeism cannot be ignored.The covid-19 crisis imposed myriad of challenges healthcare professionals levels have invariably soared, depression, absenteeism, attrition, illness lower morale tackle daily in industry.
